If Any issue Regarding Your Item/Parcel Contact Us on Facebook or Instagram pages as soon as your order is delivered to you.
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or Refund.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
We will only exchange or refund any product(s) if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect. If the Product is used or washed it cannot be considered for any kind of exchange. We have stopped exchanging for size issues as we faced lots of issues due to this exchange process.
The number of products matters a lot in this exchange matter for example:
The product can be considered for size exchange if new but if u bought 2 or more articles and u want an exchange of size for all then we won't exchange it.
On Exchange for the size of the article you ordered, there will be 300 to 350 delivery charges, so kindly be sure about the size before booking an order. Contact us by sending us images of the defective product on Facebook or Insta Page.
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. Due to Some People Using This Refund Policy Negatively. so we have Ended The Policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product appears to be faulty. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns
You may cancel your order within 12 hours in which you've placed your order as we will not cancel your order after 12 hours. Once the order is shipped, no changes will be made to the order. After ordering, you will receive, via email, shipping confirmation and tracking details. Biyaattire may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The item is out of stock, pricing errors, or People Ordering again and again and then Cancelling the order so we will Cancel or will not accept their orders.
Note: Those People who will not receive their Item/ Parcel In the first Attempt will have to pay Delivery Charges If they want the parcel again or whenever they will order next time Delivery charges will be taken from them for one time must. Thanks.
